Pinky Nguyen
Founder / Executive Producer
Pinky is the Founder and Director of Kitoro Films. She has spent 15 years in production — writing, directing, and producing across TVCs, music videos, and branded content — before founding Kitoro in 2022 to build the kind of production house she always wanted to work with.
A multi-award-winning filmmaker with recognition from the NUS Film Competition (Singapore, 2010), Canon Vietnam (2009), and the Japanese Embassy Short Film Competition (2007–2008), Pinky brings both creative instinct and production rigour to every project Kitoro takes on.
Anh Be
Director / Cinematographer
Filming & directing since 2012, Anh Be approaches the frame with a sincere and highly contemplative eye. Capturing the way people drift within their own worlds, Anh is a guarantee for imagery that is simple yet emotionally complete.
Participating in 48 Hour Film Projects, Anh garnered attention with "Wayless" — winning Best Director at the Filmapalooza Film Festival and being screened at Cannes, France, as part of the 48HFP's outstanding short film showcase.
Additionally, Anh worked on "Inside the Yellow Cocoon Shell" (Camera d'Or winner at the Cannes Film Festival) as the Cinematographer for Phase I.

Lam Nguyen Son Thach
Junior Director
Thach began working in the industry as Assistant Director and Production Coordinator across multiple independent productions, most notably as Production Coordinator on Le Bao’s latest feature film Hearing (2026), produced by E&W Films and Sensory Ocean Films (Vietnam–Singapore); and Assistant Director for dream (machine, human) (2025), a video art project commissioned by Hyundai Motor Group under the VH Award.
In 2026, he directed his debut short film Distant Dreams in an Urban Forest, which was selected among the top 10 graduation projects at HUTECH and received the Best Cinematography Award.
Phuong Thao
Production Manager
With over 8 years of experience in advertising and branded content production, Thao is the operational backbone behind every project. From budgeting and supplier negotiations to casting, location scouting, and on-set coordination — she makes sure every production runs on time, on budget, and without surprises.
She holds a degree in Business Management and a Director certification (Excellent) from Saigon International Film School — a rare combination that gives her both the business mindset and the creative eye every great production manager needs.
Khanh Ngoc
Production Coordinator
Fresh to the world of production, Khanh Ngoc brings exactly what every great set needs — boundless energy, a dedicated work ethic, and a genuine hunger to grow. Though early in her journey, she has already shown the kind of attitude that separates those who last in this industry from those who don't: she shows up, she pays attention, and she never stops learning.
Ngoc supports production coordination across projects — absorbing the pace, the pressure, and the craft that comes with working on real commercial productions. Every shoot is a classroom, and she treats it that way.
She's just getting started — and that's exactly what makes her one to watch.
